By downloading, installing, or using KørApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. License Agreement

KørApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple App Store's terms of service.

2. Purchase and Payment

• One-time Purchase: KørApp is available as a one-time purchase of 99 kr. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
• No Refunds: In accordance with Apple App Store policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.
• Prices: Prices may vary depending on country and currency. All prices include any applicable taxes.

3. Usage Rules

You agree to:

• Only use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Not use the App for illegal purposes

4. Educational Content

Important: KørApp is intended solely for educational purposes to help prepare for the Danish theory test.

• We do not guarantee that you will pass the actual theory test by using our app.
• The content in the app does not replace official driving instruction or approved educational materials.
• Questions and answers are designed for practice purposes and may not precisely reflect current exam questions.
• Traffic laws may change, and while we strive to keep content updated, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by KørApp or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim:

• All warranties, express or implied
• Liability for loss or damage resulting from use of the App
• Liability for data loss or system failures

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will KørApp be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these terms will cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.
